This Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of MONI Leather Malta (“MONI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Delivery & Shipping Information

We currently deliver exclusively within the Maltese Islands.

For delivery outside Malta, customers must contact us prior to placing an order at:

International shipping requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and shipping rates will be quoted separately. MONI Leather Malta reserves the right to refuse international orders at its sole discretion.

1.2 Delivery Timeframes

 

 

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

MONI Leather Malta shall not be held liable for delivery delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

1.3 Delivery Address Responsibility

 

 

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information shall be borne entirely by the customer.

1.4 Order Tracking & Risk Transfer

 

 

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

2. Order Issues & Damaged Goods

2.1 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@monimalta.com, including:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographic evidence

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

 

 

In accordance with EU consumer legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

3.2 Conditions for Returns

 

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original condition and packaging

  • Include all labels, tags, and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns where products show signs of:

  • Use

  • Wear

  • Damage

  • Alteration

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

 

Unless the return is due to a verified fault or error on our part:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as MONI Leather Malta is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds Policy

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method used at checkout.

Cash payments may be refunded via alternative methods at our discretion.

 

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers must contact us prior to returning any item to confirm exchange eligibility.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return under this policy.

MONI Leather Malta reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock availability issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MONI Leather Malta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased
